We are hiring Entry-Level Business Development Representatives who are eager to master direct sales strategies, smash sales goals, and prepare for leadership. Just like in sports, success here is about dedication, discipline, and teamwork. Through our structured training program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop leadership capabilities, and transition into a Project Manager role overseeing multiple departments.

Training & Growth Timeline

• First 6 Weeks:
  • Master direct sales techniques and client relationship management.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve results.
  • Develop resilience, adaptability, and the mindset of a top performer.
• Next 3 Months:
  • Step into a leadership role by mentoring and motivating teammates.
  • Set ambitious team sales goals and drive results.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and operational decision-making.
• Final 2 Months:
  • Expand knowledge in finance, payroll, legal compliance, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.

End Goal: Become a Project Manager leading multiple departments, driving growth, and making strategic decisions.
