Entrepreneur, and President of Front Page Agency, Aton Williams, was invited to speak at an industry where he took to the stage in Miami to address delegates on the subject of recruitment, explaining how to recruit top talent.
Mr Williams is a passionate public speaker that relishes the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals. This year, the business owner has attended several speaking engagements, and he was delighted to be invited to speak at the Top Gun event.
The two-day conference was attended by the top-performing and most promising individuals in the US sales and marketing industry. The Front Page Agency President was one of five guest speakers that addressed delegates on the first day of the event.
He shared his insight and experience on what it takes to acquire top talent. With 4 years of experience as a business owner, Aton Williams has a wealth of experience recruiting top talent.
“Throughout my career, I’ve come to the realization that too often, companies pre-judge candidates. To succeed, it requires an incredible work ethic, a desire to learn, and a positive and proactive attitude. He explained that it’s important not to be too focused on the boxes that candidates tick on paper but instead to assess their personality and goals for the future, and what they’re willing to do to get there.
