How fast can I actually get to Owner?

The fastest path on record is four months from AE to Owner. The average is closer to twelve. The variable is not us. It's how fast you internalize the playbook, how hungry you are, and how quickly you start producing other operators behind you. Everyone who has hit Owner did it because they earned it, not because they waited.

What does a typical first 30 days look like?

Daily morning training. Workshops on objections, closes, and conversation flow. Live in-market activations alongside a senior operator. Daily debriefs. By the end of week one, you're producing. By the end of week two, you're hitting your numbers. By the end of week four, you're being evaluated for the Lead Trainer track.

Can I work remote or part-time?

Not for this role. The seat is full-time and in-market. You'll work the floor alongside the rest of the operators. Once you're at Lead Trainer and above, your schedule opens up considerably. Owner-level operators run their own calendars.

Do I need experience in sales?

No. Some of our strongest operators came in with zero sales background. We're hiring for the operating mindset, not the resume. The playbook can be taught. Hunger, coachability, and discipline cannot be.

What if I get screened out?
