Build your foundation through retail sales and events. Learn our offers, understand customer needs and deliver qualified customer acquisitions. This is hands-on, customer-facing work, not a desk-based management assignment.

Why we develop future partners

Room for the people ready to lead

Our growth plans create a reason to develop future partners. We are working toward 10 new partnership offices in Arizona over two years, and an organization employing more than 1,000 representatives with a network of 20 or more management partners over four years.

Our development goal is at least five new partners each year. We are looking for people who bring professionalism, take coaching seriously and want to help others succeed.

FPA’s September 2026 growth targets. These are plans, not current scale or guaranteed promotions.

The sale is the start.
Leadership is what
we build toward.

A strong sales team matters. So does what happens after someone learns to sell: can they teach the work, recognize potential and help another person succeed?

A lasting agency needs leaders who understand the customer, develop other people and take responsibility for the business. We prepare future partners through real experience, backed by FPA’s training and operating infrastructure.

Grow toward operating an office and earning an equity partnership. Progress depends on sustained results, readiness and business needs, with partnership terms set out in a separate written agreement.

Sara Ahmed, founder of Elevation Global

Sara Ahmed

Founder, Elevation Global

Sara leads Elevation Global, a firm projected to generate seven-figure annual company revenue. Her journey into business leadership began with FPA in Austin in 2023, where she was our first new hire in the market. She brought a hospitality background and a feel for connecting with people to an entirely new profession.

What began as an introduction to sales became the foundation for a firm of her own. Her story reflects the possibility that draws people to FPA: room to learn, the support to grow and the opportunity to build something lasting.

Company revenue projection, not personal earnings or revenue already achieved. Individual outcomes vary.
